In August of 2019 Mosaic acquired 4702 West Virginia Ave in Bethesda, MD through a joint venture partnership between Mosaic and Broad Branch Development. The project will encompass the acquisition, development, and sellout of a residential condominium project that will total 19 units across four levels. The average unit size will be approximately 1,300 square feet and will include underground parking with 19 deeded spaces, one for each unit. Downtown Bethesda is a renowned live-work-play market and a coveted neighborhood in the Washington, DC Metro region. It is one of the nation’s most affluent and sought-after neighborhoods with an average household income in excess of $220,000, more than three times the national average.
